We welcome you to International Community Church (ICC). We're glad you're here and appreciate the opportunity to let you know a little bit more about us. Since visiting a church for the first time can be confusing and a bit overwhelming, we want to help you get acclimated before you even arrive, so that you can enjoy your time with us. We hope that we can answer many of your questions about our church and ministry programs.

What should I expect?

The most important thing you need to know before visiting us is to come as you are. We pride ourselves in being diverse. The people of International Community Church come from all walks of life and many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Some of us wear suits or dresses, and others come in jeans or khakis. We want you to come how you are comfortable and to focus on worshiping God, because that will be our focus.

Our worship style is also diverse, and always exciting, as our creative arts team ministers to bring us into the presence of God.  You might see people clapping their hands in the pews, or kneeling at the altar. We know God dwells among the praises of His people and we come to worship and experience Him in a personal way.

One thing we constantly hear guests say is, “Everyone is so friendly!” We want you to know that it’s genuine. We simply love people. Please don’t be intimidated by our eagerness to make you feel welcome and comfortable. When you enter the parking lot, you’ll be greeted by one of our smiling parking attendants. If you are a visitor, please turn your headlights on and you will be directed to special reserved parking. A hostess will greet you upon entering the building, and will ask you to fill out a Communication Card. This is so our lead pastor, Bishop Todd Rigney, can write you a thank-you letter, and we can let you know about upcoming events. A “shuttle” will then take you on a brief tour of our facilities, but don’t worry, they’ll be sure you don’t miss service. After service, you are invited to stop by Mary Lee’s Café (Room 113), where you can have a cup of coffee, chat with some members or other newcomers, and meet Pastor Todd. You can also feel free to ask any questions you might have at that time.

I'm New and We Have Children

Your family is important to you, and they are important to us! We want you to know that at International Community Church we are continually making efforts to minister to the entire family. That is why we believe we have the best Children’s and Student ministries in the area! Impact Kids and Impact Youth ministries provide classes for study, events for fun, and opportunities to serve.

If you have young children for the 9:00am service, a hostess or usher from our Connections Team will be happy to escort you to our educational wing, where the nursery is open at 9:00am, and where you can sign your child into an age-appropriate class. Our Children’s Ministry volunteers would be happy to answer any questions you might have at that time. One of the first things you will notice is our colorful wall art! We want to make your children feel like they are about to embark on an incredible journey, and we strive to provide an exciting, creative atmosphere for them. You will also notice the steel security doors at the entrance of both children’s hallways. These are to ensure the safety of the children and that the only people in those hallways will be Children’s Ministry volunteers, children, and parents.

During our 10:30 am service, the children have an exciting service in the Impact Kids Zone. From the humorous characters and games, to the powerful message and worship experience, your children will leave excited to come back next week. We strive to help them grow spiritually while showing them that a life with Christ can be a fun adventure.
