At International Community Church, we're always excited to welcome new visitors. We hope you'll join us for service and we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when you come to either our 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning services.
Our church is located at 123 Byte Drive in Frederick, MD. You will find spacious parking and a parking attendant present to welcome you and direct you to an open parking space. If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, please inform the parking attendant so he can direct you to one of the parking spots closest to the entrance. We like to keep these spots free for visitors and people who need assistance.
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church, for we truly believe people should come to God as they are. You don't need to dress up to get his approval--that comes through Jesus' sacrifice. Inside our sanctuary you will see that our congregation is diverse and comes from all walks of life. While a few people in the church wear ties, others like to remind them that Jesus never wore a tie. Shorts are as welcome as suits, and you'll see both.
When you walk into the building you will be welcomed by one of our greeters. Please take the time to introduce yourself. They're usually stationed at the doors and the Information Center, and they'll show you where everything is. They can help you find the nursery and Sunday school rooms if you have kids, point you to the restrooms, escort you to the sanctuary, or answer any other questions you may have about our facility. If you have any questions about the service itself, the greeters are able to provide you with helpful answers there as well.
Be sure to hang around after the service and join us for coffee. You'll have a chance to meet our pastor and many other people in the church. We'd also love to get to know you so you're a familiar face the next time you come.
